J.O. Cracker Meal

This is the secret ingredient for many good crab cake recipes including a famous one from Crisfield. It makes for the perfect binder. Unlike crushed saltines, it is not salty and has a consistent crumb size. The recipe on the package is good, especially with the addition of some yellow or Dijon mustard.
