I sat at a resturant in the ouerbanks and asked the waitress what they used for seasoning and they told me JO. When I got home, I tried looking it up and then later spoke to a freindly sales lady that told me that the resturant there used this spice. I must say it is nice to be able to recreate the aroma an flavoring in my own kitchen.. thank you.
